The most practical starting point is buyer-defined hardware that can be reviewed from geometry, material intent, finishing, quantity, and installation context.

  • Machined interfaces, spacers, and adapter components

Scope that remains gated

High-density AI infrastructure combines mechanical, electrical, thermal, safety, and service requirements. Those system-level requirements cannot be inferred from an enclosure drawing alone.

  • No NVIDIA certification or compatibility claim
  • No rack load rating without documented validation
  • No busbar current or temperature claim without testing
  • No liquid-cooling pressure, cleanliness, or leak claim without supplier evidence

What to include in the RFQ

Useful submissions identify the part or assembly boundary so the review does not confuse a mechanical component with the complete rack-scale system.
